Tingo is a real-world scavenger hunt bingo game. Players are given bingo-style boards filled with items to find or spot in the physical world around them. The App may include single-player and multiplayer modes, leaderboards, and social features.

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of Tingo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tingo to:

• Harass, bully, or harm other users
• Submit false, misleading, or inappropriate content

• Trespass on private property in pursuit of in-game objectives

Safety reminder: Always be aware of your surroundings while playing Tingo. Never trespass, take unnecessary risks, or endanger yourself or others while playing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and game mechanics within Tingo are the property of Twenty Bellows or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit photos, descriptions, or other content through Tingo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the App.

8. Disclaimers
