Farmers market events that send shoppers to every stall

Most shoppers walk in, stop at the first few stalls, fill a bag, and head home, and the vendors at the far end of the row see only part of the crowd. A Let's Tingo board walks people all the way down. We build a farmers market scavenger hunt with you, a bingo board of stalls, produce and market-day moments worth finding, and your shoppers play it as they go.

Each shopper gets their own board from the same list of finds, and the first to fill five in a row calls a Tingo. Families slow down at every table, and the vendor at the end of the last row finally gets a crowd.

How it works for your shoppers

A QR code on a sign at the info booth, on the market map or on the chalkboard by the entrance is all it takes. Shoppers scan it, join in a tap, and get their board. Joining is free for them, in the app or in a browser.

Families work their way down the rows together, calling out the purple carrots and the honey with the comb still in it, and stopping at stalls they've walked past all season.

A farmers market scavenger hunt that changes with the season

Your market looks different in May than it does in October, and the board can too: strawberries and asparagus early on, tomatoes and peaches in the summer, squash and apple cider in the fall. A find like "Squash blossom" or "Microgreens" sends people to the growers they don't know yet, and a find like "Cooking demo" brings them to the moments you've planned.

We write the board with you, from your knowledge of your vendors and the season and ours of what makes a good find. The board carries your market's name, colors and logo.

Farmers market event ideas with a prize at the end

Turn it into a sponsored game and the board ends in a prize drawing. Shoppers who hit the Tingo target before the game ends are entered, they can see how many people are playing and how many have qualified, and one winner is drawn when time runs out. A basket from your vendors gives people a reason to visit every one of them.

Special market days and vendor markets

For farmers market events like opening weekend, a harvest day or a holiday market, make it a join-any-time game, so the shoppers who arrive at ten can jump in alongside the ones who came at opening.

Craft and vendor markets work the same way. A board with the hand-thrown mugs, the soap table and the beeswax candles on it sends people down every aisle instead of just the first one.

Let's build a board for your market

Tell us about your market: who sells there, who shops there, and which stalls you most want people to find. We'll come back with ideas for what a Tingo board could look like on your market day. Let's Tingo works the same way for festival activities, Main Street events and pumpkin patch activities, and you'll find everything else we build on our partners page.
