Festival activities that send people to every corner of the grounds

Most attendees find the main stage and the food trucks, and that's where they spend the day. The sponsor booths along the back row and the craft tent by the far gate see only part of the crowd. A Let's Tingo board walks people to all of it. We build a festival scavenger hunt with you, a bingo board of stages, booths and sights worth finding, and your attendees play it as they wander.

Each attendee gets their own board from the same list of finds, and the first to fill five in a row calls a Tingo. Families and friends cover the whole grounds, and the sponsor at the back finally gets people stopping by.

How it works for your attendees

A QR code on a sign at the gate, on the festival map, in the program or on a badge is all it takes. Attendees scan it, join in a tap, and get their board. Joining is free for them, in the app or in a browser.

Families and friends work their way around the grounds together, calling out the balloon artist and the prize-winning rabbit, and finding the stalls they'd have missed.

Fair activities that bring people past your sponsors

You know which tents and halls get passed by, and those are the ones to put on the board. A find like "Blue ribbon quilt" sends people into the exhibit halls, and a find like "Sponsor tent" brings them to the booths you've promised traffic to.

We write the board with you, from your knowledge of the grounds and your sponsors and ours of what makes a good find. The board carries your name, your colors and your logo, and it sits alongside the fair activities you already run, from the livestock barns to the midway.

A fall festival scavenger hunt

A fall festival scavenger hunt fits right in with the hay maze and the pumpkin carving. Make it a join-any-time game, so families who arrive after lunch can jump in alongside the ones who came at opening, and set it to end when the gates close.

An event scavenger hunt with a prize

Turn it into a sponsored game and the board ends in a prize drawing. Attendees who hit the Tingo target before the game ends are entered, they can see how many people are playing and how many have qualified, and one winner is drawn when time runs out. Next year's VIP passes or a basket from one of your sponsors gives people a reason to finish their event scavenger hunt.

Let's build a board for your festival

Tell us about your festival or fair: what's on the grounds, who comes through the gate, and which corners and sponsors you most want them to find. We'll come back with ideas for what a Tingo board could look like at your event. Let's Tingo works the same way for farmers market events, Main Street events and pumpkin patch activities, and you'll find everything else we build on our partners page.
